Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
Semi-private sessions are customized classes for you and a Pilates partner, designed to improve posture, core support, flexibility, balance, and focus through the classical movement methodology developed by Joseph Pilates.
Classes may include foundational mat work with props, as well as exercises on a variety of Pilates apparatus, all tailored to your bodies and individual goals. You’ll learn to engage your core systems, stack your skeleton, and reprogram inefficient movement patterns, while developing awareness of postural tendencies so you can self-correct and move better in sport and everyday life.
Initial Consult
Each participant is required to complete a 1-hour Private Initial Consult before starting semi-private sessions. This includes a full movement and postural assessment to ensure your sessions are as effective and personalized as possible.
Initial Consult: $110 + HST per person
Peak Partner Pack (5-Pack Semi-Private Sessions + Home Program)
After the Initial Consult, participants commit to the Peak Partner Pack, a 5-pack of semi-private sessions priced per person. Each 5-pack includes access to a customized home program with video instruction, supporting consistency and progress between sessions.
Please note: 5-packs are non-transferable. Each participant requires their own pack to access semi-private sessions and individualized home programs.
Session Options
Semi-private sessions can be held in-studio or virtually, providing flexibility while maintaining guided, personalized instruction.
If you prefer not to follow a home program, you may opt out—work will then be focused entirely within sessions.
Pricing
Initial Private Consult (60-minutes): $120 + HST per person
Peak Partner Pack (5 × 55-minute sessions): $260 + HST per person
