Private Pilates Sessions
Private sessions are fully personalized to your body, goals, and movement patterns. The focus is on identifying what is driving pain or restriction, and improving how your body moves so you can feel stronger, more balanced, and more supported in daily life and activity.
Rather than simply exercising, we look at how your body is currently compensating and work to improve alignment, control, and strength in a way that carries over into how you move outside the studio.
Sessions are progressive and adapted to you over time, using mat work, equipment, and props to support both mobility and strength. The goal is to improve movement efficiency, reduce unnecessary tension, and build long-term resilience in your body.
