Where Biomechanics Meets Better Movement
Hi, I’m Leslie Gale (Timms), a biomechanics-based movement specialist and Pilates instructor. I help people move out of pain, improve how their body functions, and rebuild strength through personalized Pilates sessions.
Over 13 years as a professional rock climber and guide, I dealt with recurring injuries that led to ongoing pain and movement limitations. Pilates became the method that helped me change how my body moved—improving my alignment, strength, and overall resilience.
My own experience with scoliosis and injury taught me what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t move well, and how frustrating it can be when nothing seems to fully fix it. That perspective is what led me into teaching Pilates.
I work with people experiencing pain, stiffness, and movement imbalances who want a more individualized, results-focused approach to how they move and feel in their bodies.
My goal is not just to guide you through exercises, but to help you understand your body, improve how you move, and create lasting change beyond the studio.
