Mat Foundations 60min

Mat foundation work is the baseline of movement in sport and life. Learn how to engage your core systems, stack your skeleton, and reprogram inefficient movement patterns to improve posture and flexibility while reducing pain and risk of injury. This class is open to all levels and is beneficial for anyone.

Classical Repertoire 60min

Designed to progress from foundational mat work into the Pilates mat classics. Discover the beautiful choreography of the classical repertoire while further improving your posture and movement patterns in more intermediate/advanced exercises. The progressions will always be gradual to ensure you reach peak poses feeling supported and strong. This class is open to anyone with Pilates experience, to ensure you can keep up with advanced cues and movement.

Vertical Repertoire 30min

Vertical Pilates is mainly standing movements that highly stimulate the feet and nervous system. This repertoire has an incredible effect on posture and balance! It is a fun challenging class that will challenge your focus and transforms the way you stand and move in daily life.
