Throughout my 13 year career as a professional rock climber and guide, I experienced countless injuries that lead to a cycle of chronic pain. Pilates took me out of that cycle, changing my life and posture in ways I never thought possible. Being born with scoliosis and club foot has made me quite injury prone, but with a customized Pilates program I have developed better proprioception, posture and core support that has improved my movement patterns in sport and life.
